Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, seeks a Senior Data Analyst, Customer Insights, to transform VoC data into actionable insights. You will build real-time dashboards and ROI reports, linking customer feedback to renewal, churn prevention, and expansion outcomes, while collaborating with technology and marketing to ensure data integrity.

You will analyze VoC metrics such as NPS and CSAT, design advanced analytics, and present findings to leadership with clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis or a quantitative discipline, OR equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Deep understanding of VoC metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, CES).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in mixed-methods analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze VoC data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Merge VoC data with internal revenue and transactional data sets to tie customer feedback directly to renewal, churn prevention, and expansion outcomes, execute advanced analytics, and measure impact of closed-loop strategies.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Translate complex data sets into cohesive narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Generate comprehensive reports analyzing VoC data for leadership.
• Partner with technology teams to audit and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Contribute to data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead recurring VoC health meetings and alignment.
