Job summary

Climb is a Data and AI consultancy building production-grade data platforms and AI systems. We seek a Senior Talent Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for senior engineers, data engineers, architects, and client-facing consultants.

You will lead sourcing, screening, and offers, maintaining a credible connection to highly technical roles. You will be the first dedicated talent hire, working with published leveling, defined comp bands, and clear job descriptions to drive a high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, in-house or embedded role.
• Proven ability to close senior technical candidates with direct examples.
• Sufficient technical fluency to discuss data engineering and AI systems credibly.
• Proven ability to source passive, hard-to-reach candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview loop coordination, and offers.
• Recruit against credential-gated senior data and AI engineers and consultants.
• Build and maintain a long-term pipeline to hire on demand.
• Manage Ashby as the system of record with clean data and accurate stages.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and calibrate candidates against levels.
• Own candidate experience end-to-end; maintain a positive impression of Climb.
• Assess candidates against leveling criteria and avoid mis-mapping to levels.
• Build the employer brand and referral networks in the market.
• Report on funnel metrics: time to fill, offers, and pipeline coverage.
• Oversee recruiting tools and external agency relationships, including cost & performance.
