Job summary

Accenture is seeking a growth-focused sales professional who has driven year-over-year business expansion. You will originate new opportunities, lead early-stage positioning, and develop executive-level relationships across multiple service groups to win complex data & AI engagements.

You will mobilize ecosystem partners (AWS, MS, SAP) for mega deals, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and target industries such as Financial Services, Tech, and Public Sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in selling data solutions and analytics/cloud data migration.
• Minimum of 2 years selling Snowflake and/or Databricks platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years selling into Financial Services, Communications/Tech, Products, Public Sector or Resources industries.
• Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ direct sales experience with quota of $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring in-depth client buyer knowledge.
• Interact with senior client and Accenture leaders to determine pursuit strategies and messaging, leveraging Snowflake/Databricks transformations.
• Lead deal origination and strategy, and drive ecosystem collaboration for large mega deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from identification, outreach, proposals, contract negotiations to closing and metrics reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-service teams to win opportunities across the organization.
