Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist within the Worldwide Specialist Organization's Data Migration and Modernization (D2M) team. You will orchestrate cross-team GTM motions, leverage data and AI expertise, and help accelerate migrations for large customers.

You will partner with sales, marketing, partners, product, and services to shape programs, enable field teams, and report progress to executives while representing AWS at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
• 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
• 5+ years in program management, workforce strategy, or metrics-driven decision making
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executive audiences
• Experience shaping strategies that influence leadership decisions
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences
• Experience leading multi-year, cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead Specialist to orchestrate sales motions across sales, marketing, partners, product, training, and services
• Leverage data domain expertise to create field enablement and sales strategies
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers
• Provide market signals to product teams to drive AWS roadmaps
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM execution
• Represent AWS with thought leadership at industry events and conferences
