Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a WW GTM specialist to own the SQL Server migration pipeline, drive ARR metrics, and shape field motions and enablement programs.

You’ll work with a global team and senior AWS leadership to accelerate customer migrations, optimize licensing, and craft compelling business cases. This high-visibility role reports into the GTM organization and requires deep expertise in data/AI tech, licensing dynamics, and enterprise agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Ownership: Owns the SQL Server migration pipeline number and is accountable for Created ARR, Launched ARR, velocity, and win rates.
• Field Enablement at Scale: develop value propositions, migration playbooks, licensing optimization workshops, competitive battle cards, discovery scripts, and self-service content.
• Competitive Positioning: craft the field narrative for why migrate now and why AWS over competitors, grounded in economics and customer proof points.
• Influence Product Roadmap: translate field feedback and blockers into input for product/engineering teams.
• Metrics and reporting: track Created ARR, Launched ARR, pipeline velocity, conversion, win/loss rates by segment and geo; deliver leadership insights.
