Job summary

CloudMasonry is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant in Data 360 to design, build, and deliver unified customer profiles and insights by integrating Salesforce data with external systems. You will lead data discovery, model identity resolution, and activation to Marketing Cloud and core CRM, while guiding solutions architects and project teams.

You will own end-to-end delivery, including requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and client enablement, with a strong emphasis on data quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, with Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementation.
• Two full-lifecycle Data 360 implementations in client-facing roles.
• Experience designing identity resolution and unified profiles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data 360 implementation and CRM delivery initiatives.
• Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including declarative automation.
• Drive discovery workshops and produce source-to-target mappings.
• Coach client admins and enable adoption of the delivered solution.
