Accenture is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data 360 Architect to lead end-to-end implementation projects, unifying enterprise customer data for analytics, activation, and AI-driven engagement. You will design scalable data models, implement identity resolution, and build integrations with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.

The role is hybrid with three days in the office, hiring locations Chesterbrook, PA or Orlando, FL, and requires deep Salesforce Data 360 expertise,

Qualifications

• Three years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions including Salesforce Data 360
• Experience integrating Salesforce Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 implementation projects from discovery and solution design through deployment and support
• Design scalable Data 360 solutions including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
• Develop integration frameworks connecting Data 360 with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, external data platforms, and enterprise applications
• Establish data governance, security, privacy, consent management, and compliance practices for enterprise data operations
• Mentor developers and technical teams, conduct solution reviews, and define development best practices
• Troubleshoot complex data processing, integration, and performance issues across high-volume data environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Create reusable accelerators, templates, and implementation frameworks to improve delivery speed and consistency
