Thunder seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect (Data 360) to design scalable architectures and drive data unification across CRM and Data Cloud. You will partner with clients’ business and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into a robust technical roadmap and deliver architectural designs, data models, and integration strategies.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of technical or consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, in customer-facing roles.
• 4+ years as a Technical Architect with hands-on Data Cloud experience and integration
• Expertise in Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, AWS, etc.
• Technical skills include system design, Lightning components, Flows, Salesforce configuration, and API integrations.
• Active Salesforce certifications, including Data 360 Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Leader for customer engagements from inception through support.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and data flows.
• Define system architecture and map gaps to deliver a unified CRM and data platform.
• Architect Data 360 implementations including data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation.
• Forecast estimates and articulate benefits/risks of proposed solutions.
• Create design documents and lead technical implementation and optimization.
• Oversee development teams, enforce standards, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with offshore/nearshore teams for code reviews and governance.
• Keep current on Salesforce capabilities and support sales with LOE estimates.
• Demonstrate expertise via blog posts, talks, and client presentations.
