Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Data 360 specialist to lead enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, and activation across Salesforce platforms, with governance and security at the core.

You will mentor teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, delivering accelerated data-driven outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions including hands-on Data 360 work.
• Experience integrating Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and external systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 implementation projects from discovery to deployment.
• Design scalable Data 360 data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, and activation.
• Develop integration frameworks connecting Data 360 with Salesforce apps and external platforms.
• Establish data governance, security, privacy, consent, and compliance practices.
• Mentor developers and teams, conduct reviews, and set best practices.
• Troubleshoot high-volume data processing and integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create accelerators, templates, and frameworks to speed delivery.
