Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Success Architecture Data 360 to lead the Success Architects and deliver proactive customer success across Data 360. You will champion adoption, align with regional/global stakeholders, and drive value realization for enterprise customers.
The role requires 6+ years in consulting or customer success, 3+ years management, and experience leading teams of 12+. You will partner with Support, Sales, Product, Engineering to improve outcomes and uphold Salesforce
Qualifications
- 6+ years in consulting, professional services, customer success, or related roles.
- 3+ years at management level leading teams.
- Experience managing 12+ individual contributors in enterprise settings.
- Cloud/SaaS software environment experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a world-class team of Success Architects.
- Drive customer adoption, value realization, and escalation management.
- Ensure team KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational rigor.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.
- Build executive relationships and deliver proactive success planning.
