Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data Architect Director in Specialized Delivery to lead Data 360 engagements, drive complex data solutions, and guide cross-functional teams. The role focuses on Data 360, scripting, data management, and integrations, with a track record of transforming customer data into insights.

As part of the Emerging Specialized Delivery team, you will mentor junior talent, shape architectural roadmaps, and collaborate with account and delivery leadership to grow business within top

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent required.
Experience with Data 360 or equivalent CDP.
Experience with data integration and AI-related data concepts.
Ability to visualize and explain complex concepts clearly.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Data 360 with customers and internal teams.
Advise on unlocking data from enterprise systems to meet goals.
Help exceed customer metrics and provide best-practices insights.
Manage multiple strategic clients and ensure CSAT targets.
Collaborate with Go-to-Market to grow services and opportunities.
