You translate customer data and AI ambitions into practical, scalable architectures and drive adoption with executive stakeholders. You will blend deep technical expertise with field presence to shape governance, data foundations, and patterns used across Salesforce platforms and partners, delivering tangible business

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in technical architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• Shaping technical strategy with input from customers and stakeholders, validating approaches.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, AI, integration, governance, security and platform architecture.
• Experience working across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and delivery or customer teams to move solutions from idea to execution.
• Ability to distill and communicate complex technical ideas to executive and technical audiences.
• Curiosity and learning velocity in emerging technologies, especially AI, data, automation, and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Share a clear point of view on enterprise data and AI and how Salesforce delivers value.
• Deeply understand our data & AI products and articulate the value of the Salesforce platform.
• Partner with sellers and solution teams to uncover customer problems and shape technical strategy.
• Lead customer architectural discussions around Data 360, Agentforce, data structures and patterns.
• Build customer confidence through demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference architectures.
• Turn learnings into reusable assets, enablement, and product feedback for broader impact.
• Maintain field presence and credibility with executives and practitioners alike.
