Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Senior Solution Architect to guide data-management strategy within Strategic Services. You will blend advisory and hands-on architecture to shape roadmaps, while leading client teams and collaborating with ProServ and product groups.

This client-facing role emphasizes data strategy, AI readiness, and scalable governance across MDm, DG, and DI journeys, with a focus on value delivery and broad Salesforce ecosystem integration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the data management space.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for workshops or larger audiences.
• Strong interviewing, analytical and curious mindset to solve client needs.
• Knowledge of MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality and their value to ecosystems.
• Prior leadership roles on business or technical sides or both.
• Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent client engagements.
• Autodidactic mindset with a desire to learn in a fast-changing sector.
• Working knowledge of modern data architecture and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to define data strategy, roadmaps, and use cases.
• Support sales with workshops and discovery to scope professional services.
• Lead billable engagements with PSU outcomes and selective advisory offerings.
• Serve as a Journey leader for MD/DI/DG topics and contribute to product development.
• Collaborate with Salesforce ProServ teams and cross-group stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and help build new PSU offerings and assets.
