Job summary

ListEngage, LLC is seeking a Data 360 Solutions Architect to lead enterprise data architecture and Salesforce Data 360 implementations for diverse clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and mentor Salesforce professionals on our team.

The role focuses on designing scalable data models, data ingestion methods, identity resolution, and API integrations, with remote collaboration and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 or CDPs.
• Experience with data governance, security, and GDPR/CCPA.
• Adept at leading cross-functional technical teams, delivering solution documentation, and facilitating workshops.
• Proven ability to document requirements and solution design deliverables.
• Strong background with enterprise-level org architecture and integrations.
• Salesforce Data 360 certification or strong preference for Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Salesforce Data 360 and related products.
• Lead technical discovery workshops documenting data landscape and enterprise architecture.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop sophisticated data models aligned with processes and best practices.
• Apply advanced data ingestion, transformations, identity resolution, and activation.
• Advise on API usage for Data 360 and Salesforce APIs.
