Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on D365 Supply Chain Management experience in live production environments
• Proven ability to close gaps between designed capability and actual usage
• Strong communication with C‑suite and director‑level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify underused capability and gaps
• Optimize production SCM modules and processes to close performance gaps
• Advise on supply chain process improvements to realize tangible value
• Translate pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and system configurations
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and Copilot automation to supply chain processes
• Grow client relationships and the practice’s optimization and managed services offering
• Mentor team members and contribute to Crowe's post‑go‑live offering
