Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM and CNMF operations at an on-site role in Fort Meade. You will develop and staff plans, lead joint planning groups, and integrate cyber capabilities into operations with a focus on safeguarding national security interests.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive CO planning experience, and strong knowledge of Joint Publications.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
4 to 8+ years of recent CO Planner or similar experience in CO support roles.
Familiarity with military operations and planning phases.
Knowledge of JP 3-12 and JP 5-0 Joint Operations planning.
Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or Intelligence Community.
Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide SME in Joint plans development and staffing for Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
Lead targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during cyber warfare activities.
Draft and staff Operational Plans, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
Lead Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
Develop CO concepts of support and actionable courses of action.
Provide situational awareness for projects and crisis teams.
