Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM joint planning on an on-site basis in the Maryland area. You will draft and staff OPORDs/OPLANS, develop courses of action, and integrate cyber capabilities into broader operation plans.

Responsibilities include targeting validation, crisis planning, and coordinating with Joint Operational Planning Groups, while applying knowledge of JP 5-0 and DoD cyber operations. A active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• Associates degree or higher in STEM/NS studies or ability to complete within one year of hire.
• 2+ years CO Planner experience since 2014, or waivers for CMT/JFHQ-C/Offensive Cyberspace Ops.
• Familiarity with JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD/IC.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing to enable Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, Orders, and Fragmentary Orders.
• Develop and integrate CO capabilities into joint plans and coordinate with OPG/OPT teams.
• Provide situational awareness across projects and Crisis Action Teams supporting OPTs.
• Review and prioritize operational requirements for cyber capabilities.
