Job summary

CBTS seeks an IT Security Services Leader to scale our cybersecurity presales and advisory practice. This high-impact leadership role shapes complex pursuits, builds a high-performing team of ~10 security specialists and architects, and guides enterprise clients toward modern, mature security postures through outcome-driven transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years shaping and closing complex security services engagements.
• Proven leadership of sales, advisory, or presales teams.
• Experience in MSP, GSI, cloud, or enterprise security environments.
• Strong expertise in Managed Security Services and SOC operations.
• Proven consultative, value-based selling with executive audiences.
• Ability to translate security investments into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the cybersecurity and networking team of ~10 professionals.
• Shape and win strategic cybersecurity opportunities from discovery to close.
• Lead executive engagement with CIOs/ CISOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Architect services-led security solutions combining professional and managed services.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across sales, presales, delivery and partners.
• Influence deal strategy and commercial outcomes to drive profitable growth.
