Job summary

CBTS is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to steer complex security services engagements, shaping outcomes for CIOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders. You will craft value-driven roadmaps, lead advisory teams, and orchestrate solutions across professional services, managed security, and OEM technologies.

Responsibilities include executive storytelling, governance, and transforming client conversations into strategic, measurable outcomes that demonstrate ROI and resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, managed services, consulting, presales, or technical sales leadership
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical, advisory, or presales teams
• Experience within MSPs, GSIs, cloud providers, telecom providers, or enterprise security organizations
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to connect cybersecurity investments to business outcomes, governance, compliance, and ROI
• Broad expertise spanning multiple cybersecurity domains including security program strategy, governance, and maturity modeling
• Security frameworks including NIST, CIS, ISO, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and Zero Trust architectures
• Threat detection and response including SIEM, SOAR, SOC, MDR, and XDR platforms
• Cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP including CSPM and workload protection
• Data protection, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Network and infrastructure security including firewalls, segmentation, DDoS protection, and SASE
• AI-driven cybersecurity threats, automation, and next-generation security operations
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent certifications

Responsibilities

• Influence and lead pursuit governance and executive alignment to win complex security services engagements
• Deliver workshops, transformation roadmaps, and compelling presentations to CIOs, CISOs, and boards
• Architect integrated security solutions blending Professional Services, managed services, OEM tech, and advisory offerings
• Build long-term executive relationships to expand account influence and customer lifetime value
• Ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes
