Job summary

Salesforce seeks a strategic leader to join the Customer Success Group as a Director / Senior Manager of Adoption Programs. This role architects and leads a proactive, cross-functional program to drive adoption of security controls across our accounts, elevating trust and customer outcomes.

You will design scalable playbooks, partner with Security, Product, and Customer Success teams, and report impact to executives.

Qualifications

8+ years in Customer Success, renewals, or adoption programs in an enterprise SaaS environment.
Proven ability to build and scale large cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
Direct experience leading compliance-driven or mandate programs where adoption is required.
Executive stakeholder management with senior leadership influence across peers.
Strong analytical skills and ability to partner with data science teams.
Hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce platform and security model.

Responsibilities

Design the Adoption Playbook and scale an end-to-end program for security controls adoption.
Identify opportunities to move customers from legacy postures to mandated control sets.
Partner across Security, Product, and Customer Success to drive rollout and remediation progress.
Develop a clear reporting framework to track program impact and progress.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.
