Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Security Practices Director to join our Professional Services team. You will guide customers through security assessments, control frameworks, and implementation best practices across Salesforce, including Agentforce and Data Cloud, ensuring secure and scalable deployments.

You’ll lead end-to-end engagements, advise on governance and compliance within Salesforce architecture, and collaborate with Account teams to drive pre-sales efforts and win statements of work.

Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce Platform knowledge including org architecture and security model.
• Experience leading client-facing security engagements and governance discussions.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks applied to SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities
