Lumen is seeking a Senior Journey Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end development, activation, and optimization of integrated customer journeys and campaigns across our cybersecurity offerings. • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional campaigns from planning to optimization.
• Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, personalization, and nurturing.
• Analytical skills to link funnel and revenue data to actions.
• Knowledge of marketing operations like segmentation, routing, and measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment in a matrix organization.
• Autonomy in fast-changing environments with strong program management.

Responsibilities

• Define audiences, journey stages, buying criteria, and conversion objectives.
• Translate priorities into integrated campaign briefs with clear measures.
• Lead cross-functional planning from strategy through launch and optimization.
• Own end-to-end journey strategy for priority attach motions across cybersecurity offerings.
• Develop repeatable attach plays connecting network customers to security solutions.
• Map content to journey stages and guide development of assets and programs.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Digital teams on audience logic.
• Partner with Sales to drive awareness and consistent execution of security plays.
• Analyze performance across reach, engagement, pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
• Incorporate feedback into future journey and campaign decisions.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap of journey enhancements and data needs.
