Lumen seeks a Senior Journey Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end development, activation, and optimization of integrated customer journeys and campaigns. You will connect customer needs, signals, portfolio strategy, and seller actions to drive growth across Lumen’s cybersecurity offerings.

The role collaborates across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Enablement to craft journey strategies, align teams, and improve funnel performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in customer journey marketing, integrated campaigns, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, ABM, or related B2B tech role.
• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns from strategy to activation, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, personalization, nurture, and seller-assisted conversion.
• Proven ability to analyze funnel, pipeline, revenue and attach data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of marketing operations, journey orchestration, segmentation, routing, automation, measurement, attribution, data quality, and platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills; able to gain alignment among executives, marketing, sales, technical, and operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define audiences, journey stages, decision criteria, and conversion objectives for security products.
• Translate priorities into integrated campaign briefs with clear offer, content, channel, and measurement plans.
• Lead cross-functional planning from strategy through launch and optimization.
• Own end-to-end journey strategy for priority attach motions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop repeatable attach plays to identify customers with security needs and guide conversations.
• Map content to journey stages and guide creation of assets like briefs, webpages, nurture content, and stories.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Digital teams on audience logic, routing, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales to drive adoption and consistent execution of security plays across teams.
• Analyze performance and provide insights to optimize reach, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Create closed-loop feedback to improve future journeys and campaigns.
• Maintain a roadmap of journey enhancements and dependencies.
