Lumen is seeking a Senior Journey Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end development, activation, and optimization of integrated customer journeys and campaigns for cybersecurity services. You will connect customer needs, buying signals, portfolio strategy, and seller actions into cohesive growth motions across awareness to expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, information technology, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in customer journey marketing, integrated campaigns, lifecycle marketing, or related B2B enterprise tech role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional campaigns from strategy to activation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, signals, personalization, nurture, and seller-assisted conversion.
• Strong analytical skills with funnel, campaign, pipeline, revenue analyses to drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine audiences, journeys, criteria, barriers, triggers, and conversion objectives across security products.
• Translate priorities into integrated campaign briefs with growth opportunities and content requirements.
• Lead cross-functional planning from strategy through launch and optimization across multiple teams.
• Own end-to-end journey strategy for attach motions connecting services to cybersecurity solutions based on signals.
• Develop repeatable attach plays to identify customers with security needs and guide to the right solution.
