You will connect customer needs, signals, and portfolio strategy to drive growth from awareness to expansion, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Enablement.

The role requires senior, cross‑functional influence, data‑driven optimization, and the ability to orchestrate complex campaigns across multiple teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer journey marketing or related B2B enterprise tech role.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional campaigns from planning to optimization.
• Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, personalization, nurture, and seller‑assisted conversion.

Responsibilities

• Define audiences, needs, journey stages, barriers, triggers, and conversion objectives across security portfolio.
• Translate priorities into integrated campaign briefs with growth opportunity and measurement framework.
• Lead cross‑functional planning from strategy to launch and optimization.
