Lumen is seeking a Senior Journey Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end customer journeys and campaigns for our cybersecurity portfolio. You will connect customer needs, buying signals, and content across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Enablement to drive growth from awareness to expansion.

You will collaborate with Data, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Digital teams to define audience logic and measurement, while partnering with Sales to ensure consistent execution of security plays

Competenze

• 5+ years in customer journey marketing or related B2B role
• Experience leading complex cross-functional campaigns or journeys
• Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and personalization
• Strong analytical skills with funnel, revenue, and conversion data
• Knowledge of marketing operations and journey orchestration requirements
• Superior written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Strong program management with multi-team delivery
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed org
• Customer-centric, autonomous in a fast-changing environment

Mansioni

• Define and refine target audiences, journey stages, and conversion objectives across security portfolio
• Translate priorities into integrated campaign briefs with growth opportunity and content requirements
• Lead cross-functional planning from strategy to launch and optimization
• Own end-to-end journey strategy for priority attach motions and cross-sell solutions
• Develop repeatable attach plays to identify customers with security needs
• Map content to journey stages and guide development of assets and initiatives
• Collaborate to define audience logic, routing, and measurement requirements
• Partner with Sales to drive awareness, adoption, and consistent execution of security plays
• Analyze performance across reach, engagement, pipeline, and revenue
• Create closed-loop feedback for future journey decisions
• Maintain a roadmap of journey enhancements and data needs
