Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Journey Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end development, activation, and optimization of integrated customer journeys and campaigns that increase security attachment to Lumen core network services.

This senior individual contributor role collaborates across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Partner Marketing, and Sales Enablement to establish journey strategies and orchestrate execution that improves funnel, pipeline, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics, information technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in customer journey marketing, integrated campaigns, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, ABM, or related B2B enterprise tech role.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional campaigns from strategy to activation, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, personalization, nurture, and seller-assisted conversion.
• Strong analytical skills using funnel, campaign, account, pipeline, and revenue data to drive action.
• Experience with marketing operations, journey orchestration, segmentation, routing, automation, attribution, data quality, and platform dependencies.
• Superior written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills for executive alignment.
• Program management skills to deliver across multiple teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define target audiences, journey stages, barriers to purchase, and conversion objectives for security products.
• Translate business priorities and insights into integrated campaign briefs with value proposition and channels.
• Lead cross-functional planning from strategy through launch and optimization across multiple teams.
• Own end-to-end journey strategy for priority attach motions connecting services to cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop repeatable attach plays to identify customers with security needs and guide to solutions.
• Map content to journey stages and guide development of thought leadership, assets, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Digital teams on audience logic and reporting.
• Partner with Sales to drive awareness and consistent execution of security plays.
• Analyze performance across reach, engagement, pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
• Create closed-loop feedback to inform future journeys and campaigns.
• Maintain a roadmap of journey enhancements tied to growth opportunities.
• Present journey strategy and performance to senior stakeholders.
