Citi in Irving, TX seeks a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Senior Program Management Lead to strategy, govern, plan, and deliver complex cybersecurity and infrastructure modernization programs. The role spans cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Risk, and Operations to align with enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate brings 10+ years of experience in program leadership with security, resilience, patching, and vulnerability

Competenze

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics in PM functions.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP/CISM/GCIH) desirable.

Mansioni

• Partner with senior leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies, and drive alignment.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports on program health, risk reduction, and outcomes.
• Lead infrastructure currency and lifecycle management including OS upgrades and hardware refreshes.
• Oversee program financials: budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Drive governance for remediation targets, regulatory obligations, and risk reduction.
• Promote AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve governance and decision-making.
