Job summary

Citi is seeking an Engineering Lead Analyst in Irving, TX to lead critical engineering initiatives across hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will guide projects, ensure adherence to controls, and align technology solutions with business goals in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role requires strong communication, PM experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while mentoring teammates and driving improvements under regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role.
• Experience in Financial Services or large/global environment.
• Project Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of design metrics, analytics and reporting.
• Analytic/diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with virtual teams.
• Ability to take ownership and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology expert for stakeholders and drive compliance initiatives and roadmap.
• Ensure integration of functions meets business goals.
• Define system enhancements for new products and processes.
• Recommend product customization for system integration.
• Identify root causes and assess business impact.
• Mentor junior team members and influence engineering decisions.
• Drive risk-aware decisions and uphold firm policies and governance.
