Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Irving, TX to drive systems analysis and programming initiatives within the technology team. You will align projects with the architecture blueprint and lead complex analyses to enable new products and process improvements.

You will mentor mid-level developers, manage high-impact projects, and ensure risk-aware, compliant delivery while collaborating with management to deploy innovative solutions and maintain Citi's

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and software programming.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of processes and standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture.
• Develop coding, testing, debugging and implementation standards.
• Gain knowledge of business areas to meet goals through IT integration.
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative issue resolution.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, policy and ethics, escalating issues as needed.
