Job summary

Citi in Irving, TX is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for Fraud Technology to drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and architectural alignment across cross-functional squads and data platforms.

You will lead complex programs, manage dependencies, and coordinate with risk/compliance partners while applying AI-enabled tooling to improve reporting, dashboards, and release readiness. A strong record in regulated fintech delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technology leadership.
• 2+ years in payments/fintech or fraud risk within regulated environments using Agile/SAFe.
• Strong fluency in microservices, APIs (REST/SOAP), event-driven architectures, and hybrid cloud.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology planning, milestones, and delivery governance.
• Align architecture, manage dependencies, and ensure DoD and release readiness.
• Implement AI-enabled tooling to improve reporting, dashboards, and ADRs.
• Communicate delivery health and risks to senior leadership with clarity.
