Job summary

Infosys Financial Services unit is pursuing a Technology Project Lead role focused on delivering complex cybersecurity programs and security transformations for enterprise clients. You will oversee governance, planning, delivery execution, and client outcomes across multi-vendor environments, aligning with strategic goals and risk controls.

You will engage senior stakeholders, lead executive steering committees, and drive improvements in service maturity, automation, and go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity programs and transformation initiatives.
• Own governance, planning, delivery execution, and client outcomes.
• Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams across lifecycles.
• Establish delivery roadmaps, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client-facing delivery leader for cybersecurity engagements.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Lead governance forums, service reviews, and executive steering committees.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive actions for service improvements, risk mitigation, and benefits realization.
• Translate security topics into business, risk, and outcome messages for executives.
