Cengage is seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives in planning, design, and transition to operations across endpoint, cloud, networking, identity, and cybersecurity. You will coordinate diverse teams and vendors to deliver modernization projects and ensure operational readiness.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in infrastructure program management, with strong planning, governance, and executive communication skills.

• 8+ years of technology program management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead infrastructure projects across planning, design, implementation, migration, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives across endpoint, cloud, networking, identity, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
• Manage endpoint migration activities including pilots, rollout waves, application readiness, security dependencies, user readiness, and support transition.
• Establish governance, project cadence, escalation paths, and go/no-go criteria.
• Maintain concise executive reporting, Red/Amber/Green (RAG) status, and delivery dashboards.
• Ensure operational readiness through support models, documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state operations.
