Citigroup Inc. in Irving, Texas seeks a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Senior Program Management Lead to oversee strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, vulnerability management, patching, and resilience initiatives.

You will partner with senior technology and security leaders across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Risk, and Operations to align priorities, manage budgets, report on risk reduction, and drive AI-enabled governance

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in security/program management.
Experience implementing governance frameworks, executive reporting, and project management best practices.
Experience leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity and infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to establish priorities and drive strategic alignment.
Develop executive dashboards and reporting on program health, risk reduction, and outcomes.
Lead infrastructure currency, lifecycle management, and risk remediation initiatives.
Oversee budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
Drive adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven governance across programs.
