Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, with vCISO advisory and risk reporting to clients and executives.

You will guide teams, conduct risk assessments, manage third-party risk, and champion AI governance, policy development, and continuous compliance across client environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001) with audits and assessments.
• Ability to lead multi-framework programs and provide executive-level risk reporting.

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks and client environments.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including security strategy, roadmaps, and reporting to executives and boards.
• Coach and guide security & compliance analysts as the team grows.
• Collaborate with security operations on incident response, risk assessments, and remediation.
