Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager to lead compliance programs and risk management for clients from a remote, United States-based location. You will drive governance across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, while delivering vCISO guidance and executive-level reporting.

You will mentor the Security & Compliance team, coordinate audits, and translate complex risks into actionable strategies for clients, ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Extensive governance, risk, and compliance experience.
• Ability to translate complex security risks into actionable recommendations.
• Experience coordinating audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Oversee risk assessments, third-party risk, and vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services to clients and leadership.
• Guide AI governance and data protection practices.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and remediation tracking.
