Job summary

Kinetix is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, and provide vCISO advisory services to clients.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to strengthen security programs, perform risk assessments, and drive remediation, policy development, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Experience with audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance programs across multiple frameworks and evidence collection.
• Oversee risk assessments, third-party risk management, and vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including security strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
