Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead multi-framework compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and strategic security advisory services for clients, aligning with NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to improve security maturity, deliver executive-level risk reporting, and guide the security and compliance team

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audit support experience.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk, cyber insurance support, and using governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Oversee risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and evidence collection for audits.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, security strategy, and executive reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI policies.
• Ensure security policies, remediation tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
