Qualifications

• Experience reviewing IT-related work for accuracy and consistency with standards.
• Experience maintaining relationships with customers and assessing IT needs.
• Oral communication experience briefing mid-level management on IT systems and projects.
• Experience identifying alternatives to address complex IT-related issues by gathering information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, high-priority customer application and technical problems to minimize critical operational interruptions.
• Lead rapid response teams during catastrophic events to recover systems and restore mobility services quickly.
• Ensure the rigorous application of information security and assurance policies during customer support delivery.
• Conduct proactive trend analyses to identify training gaps and deliver technical instruction on new cybersecurity and support technologies.
• Collaborate with high-ranking officials, contractors, and vendors to implement complex technical findings and SOPs.
