Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking an IT Specialist within the Cyber Excepted Service to support US Cyber Command missions. The position operates at the Senior Work Level in the CES Occupational Structure and is located in the DISA - DISA/HC Operations and Command/Future Operations.

The role requires analyzing and resolving a broad IT problem set, developing customer support policies, and contributing to application implementation teams with emphasis on customer service and training

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in IT-related work ensuring accuracy and consistency with standards.
• Experience maintaining relationships with customers and tailoring IT products/services to meet needs.
• Bringing information technology status to mid-level management and IT staff and communicating complex tech concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and resolves a complete range of IT problems within operations scope.
• Develops and manages customer performance requirements and support policies.
• Ensures customer service requirements are addressed on application implementation teams.
• Conducts trend analyses to identify training needs and defines new requirements.
• Maintains a comprehensive database of technical resolutions and uses customer support concepts.
