Bank of America is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to integrate advanced AI into our cyber defense ecosystem. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data prep, model evaluation, and deployment across a secure, scalable security infrastructure.

The role emphasizes production-grade ML, LLM-powered tooling, and collaboration with GIS leadership to enhance defenses while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience with production models.
• Strong ML fundamentals: training/evaluation, embeddings, data issues (class imbalance, label noise, drift).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered apps and agentic AI systems.
• Experience delivering production systems at scale (data pipelines, deployments, MLOps).
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) or open-source equivalents.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; MS/PhD preferred.

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered capabilities for threat hunting and automated incident response.
• Develop and operationalize custom ML models and LLM-based workflows; own lifecycle from data prep to deployment.
• Match technique to problem: deterministic automation, classical ML, or generative AI as appropriate.
