Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on machine learning engineering experience with production models.
• Strong fundamentals: training, evaluation, feature engineering, and model drift handling.
• Experience with Python ML frameworks and production ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered capabilities for threat hunting and automated incident response on large-scale telemetry.
• Develop and operationalize custom ML models and LLM-based workflows for cybersecurity use cases.
• Match techniques (deterministic automation, classical ML, generative AI) to problems and data; optimize for operational risk.
• Build LLM-based tooling to assist analysts and knowledge retrieval.
• Collaborate with GIS teams to identify AI-driven security control improvements.
• Prototype and evaluate new AI technologies for cyber threat detection and response.
• Partner with offensive security to develop AI-enhanced red teaming capabilities.
• Contribute to scalable AI integration and governance across GIS security controls.
• Promote responsible AI usage with bias mitigation and explainability.
