The role balances hands-on engineering with technical leadership, collaborating with security experts to secure the bank’s AI initiatives and ensure responsible deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ML engineering with production models.
• Strong ML fundamentals: training, evaluation, feature engineering and drift handling.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks; training/evaluation harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered threat detection and incident response.
• Develop ML models and LLM workflows from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Match techniques to problems: deterministic automation, classical ML or generative AI.
