Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced risk professional to lead second-line-of-defense technology risk oversight in cybersecurity across enterprise technology. You will partner with TPS teammates and business units to challenge risk programs and independently evaluate cybersecurity risk.

The role focuses on maturity of cybersecurity controls, incident response, detection, and recovery capabilities; you will guide risk culture, interface with senior leaders, and oversee complex

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of banking, technology, operations or risk management experience.
• Strong business acumen, management experience, problem solving, critical thinking, influencing and decision-making.
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity to deliver value.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.
• Proven ability to organize and manage complex initiatives and deliver executive-level work products.
• Comfort with data and applying analysis to derive insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent risk oversight for LOD2 in Technology Risk across Truist.
• Act as SME and steward of Cybersecurity Risk Framework; report and mitigate tech risks.
• Assess maturity of technology and cybersecurity controls to ensure performance and security.
• Foster proactive risk culture through routines with technology teams and partners.
• Review and challenge outcomes of first-line risk program execution.
• Monitor legal, regulatory, compliance, and audit matters for Enterprise Tech.
• Lead complex projects with enterprise impact; provide informal leadership.
• Bridge risk, business, technology, and cybersecurity across matrix environments.
