Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to drive white-glove implementations of CXA and CCaaS for healthcare and life sciences clients. You will lead strategic Epic integrations, HL7/FHIR workflows, and secure data exchanges, partnering with product and support teams to ensure alignment and success.

The role emphasizes executive-level engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and a consultative approach to delivering AI-driven automation in a SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, focusing on AI or automation in SaaS.
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems.
• Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth) is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare customers.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during projects, designing and deploying integrations with major EHR systems (Epic prioritized).
• Develop and troubleshoot HL7/FHIR workflows and data exchanges.
• Ensure secure, reliable integrations aligned with regulatory standards.
• Mentor and train teams to scale integration delivery and share best practices.
• Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders during implementations.
• Collaborate with Product/Support to address feature requests and updates.
• Contribute to CXA templates, playbooks, and deployment best practices.
