Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant within its Professional Services organization. You will drive white-glove CXA and CCaaS implementations that align with strategic objectives and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development in SaaS.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs to build integrations.
• Knowledge of foundation models, RAG, LLM orchestration, and AI toolchains.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for customers.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support during implementation for teams and customers.
• Drive post-implementation success and customer adoption with best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to address feature requests and issues.
• Contribute to templates, playbooks, and best practices for deployment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives on CXA strategy and success.
