Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer (West) to join our Solutions Engineering & Shared Services team. This remote US role supports discovery, demonstrations, and technical sales activities, partnering with Account Executives and product teams to translate customer challenges into AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, curious, coachable, and eager to grow into a trusted technical advisor in cloud contact center technology, automation, and SaaS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, data, communications, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to support customer discovery, product demonstrations, and technical sales activities.
• Learn how to understand customer business challenges, contact center operations, technical environments, and transformation goals.
• Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations that show how Talkdesk can solve customer problems, improve customer experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.
