Ōura is seeking a Senior CX Strategist to shape customer experience across the Member Experience team. This role reports to the Director of CX Strategy & Program Management and drives customer-centric initiatives with product, engineering, and marketing. Remote US with East Coast preference.

You will lead strategic CX programs, analyze customer data, map journeys, and report CX KPIs to leadership. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 8 years of experience in strategy or customer experience.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with executive planning and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strategic Planning and Execution - craft comprehensive plans aligning with goals.
