Ōura is seeking a Senior CX Strategist to join the Member Experience organization. You will drive strategic CX initiatives, map customer journeys, and lead data-driven improvements across product, engineering, and marketing.

We value experience in subscription or digital health spaces, analytics maturity, and the ability to influence executive decisions. This remote US role prefers East Coast-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in strategy or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing data and making data-driven CX decisions.
• Understanding of financial concepts, ROI, budgeting, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution - Craft comprehensive strategic plans designed to elevate the overall customer experience.
• Data Analysis and Improvement - Scrutinize customer feedback and data to identify improvements in the customer journey and implement targeted solutions.
• Customer Journey Mapping - Create frameworks and visualizations of the customer journey to identify touchpoints and optimization opportunities.
• Industry Research and Trend Analysis - Conduct in-depth research on CX best practices and trends.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting - Establish systems to track CX metrics and KPIs with detailed reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to integrate CX initiatives.
• Documentation and Reporting - Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Drive customer-centricity - Promote CX principles across teams.
• Risk Management - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
