Qualifications

• Proficiency in qualitative research, experimentation, usability methods, and statistics.
• Hands‑on experience using Python or R for analysis and tools like UserZoom, Qualtrics, SPSS, Medallia.

Responsibilities

• Personally design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies end to end.
• Apply behavioral science to frame questions and surface insights guiding product direction.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for design and development; inform change management.
• Integrate AI into research workflows to accelerate iterations while maintaining rigor.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on KPIs and CPIs.
• Manage multiple research projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Mentor junior researchers and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
